Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or other purchase option. This policy explains how these purchases can be changed or cancelled.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each recurring order unless the subscription is prepaid.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Please note: once a subscription renewal order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under our 30-day guarantee policy.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order. A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is in stock or ready for immediate dispatch.

For pre-orders, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the remaining balance at a later date before shipment.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Try Before You Buy

If a try before you buy option is offered, we may authorise your payment method before your order is fulfilled.

You will have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that period in accordance with the applicable return instructions, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

Any specific return instructions or timeframes for try before you buy offers will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.
