Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Subscription Orders (Important)

Our 30-day return policy does not apply to subscription repeat orders.

By purchasing via subscription, you agree to ongoing deliveries at your selected interval. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it is considered final and not eligible for return or refund.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
